Last night I went to The Social for the Attack Attack and Breathe Carolina show, which was awesome! I’ve noticed that my outlook on shows and music has changed as I have gotten older. I find that while everyone is watching the band perform I am watching the crowd and find the most joy in the look on peoples’ faces when they have seen their favorite band perform. I used to be that kid that was screaming every word, always in the pit and trying to tough it out with the boys, those are the reasons I love music. Last night was reassurance that music hasn’t lost anything. Sure you might get older and the types of shows you go to may change, but I don’t think you should lose sight of what started it all for you. I’m stoked for more shows in the next few months and tour in May, there’s a lot of great things happening and I’m really stoked :)

I like to drink big girl drinks, Shirley Temple’s plus vodka sounds good to me :)

The Shoreline played a show at Night Life tonight in Sarasota for Manhattan Roar’s CD release show. Besides the 3 hour drive it took us to get there due to traffic it was a good night. It was good to see the guys in The End of April again and to have such a good turnout. I was really impressed by Manhattan Roar and enjoyed their new EP. Check them out on myspace and purchase the new CD on iTunes www.myspace.com/manhattanroar

Tomorrow I have a day filled with booking May tour for The Shoreline, adding locals to Orlando dates, and maybe even some time for hanging out.

Pretty stoked for the Dave Melillo, Awestruck, and A Hero’s Fate tour this weekend. Goodnight <3

Booked a few shows for Dave Melillo, A Hero’s Fate and Awestruck. Should be a good time for the 3 days, if you live in any of the cities that we are hitting make sure to come out and bring some friends :)
Seeing Dave do his solo stuff is always a blast. Also, if you haven’t checked out his new project Nocturnal Me (ex-members of Cute is What We Aim For) then please do so here: www.myspace.com/iamnocturnalme
